Delete Your Account
These instructions apply to PlotOK (formerly Dance AI), operated by Super Interactica Inc. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information using the methods below.
Important: Account deletion is permanent. When completed, your profile, saved stories, characters, storyboards, videos, images and associated cloud projects that are eligible for deletion will no longer be accessible. Some records may be retained when required by law.
Delete your account in the app
If you cannot access the app
Email [email protected] with the subject PlotOK Account Deletion Request. Please write from the email address associated with your account if possible, and indicate that you want your PlotOK account and associated data deleted. Do not send your password, full payment-card information, or sensitive ID documents unless we specifically request a secure verification step.
We may ask for limited information to verify you own the account before processing the request. If the App's in-app deletion flow is available, it is generally the quickest route.
What happens to your data?

| Account/profile information | Deleted or de-identified as part of the verified account deletion, subject to applicable legal exceptions. |
| Saved creative projects | Associated stories, character settings, storyboards and saved generated media are removed from active account access as part of applicable deletion workflows. |
| Temporary uploaded media | Deleted according to processing-retention rules; temporary copies may already have expired. |
| Purchase and subscription records | Limited records may be retained as required for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention or law. |
| Backups and security records | Restricted backups may expire on separate schedules; legally necessary abuse or security records may be retained for a limited period. |
Before you delete
- Save any important content first. Deleted projects and media may not be recoverable.
- Cancel active subscriptions separately. Removing your account or uninstalling the app does not automatically stop Apple App Store or Google Play subscription billing. Manage your subscription in your store account.
- Uninstalling the app is not account deletion. Use the app's account-deletion flow or email request described above.
