This Privacy Policy describes how Super Interactica Inc. (“Dance AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) protects your privacy when you use the Dance AI: AI Dance Video Generator mobile application (the “App”). The App uses neural network technology to transform videos and photos into AI‑generated dance videos. This Policy applies to all information collected through the App, including any personal data and visual content you provide.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By accessing or using the Dance AI App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. This Policy is part of our Terms of Use.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Videos & Photos You Provide

When you use the AI dance generator, you may grant access to your camera or photo library. We collect only the specific video or image file you select for transformation. Each file is encrypted before being uploaded to our secure cloud infrastructure. The decryption key stays solely on your device, meaning that no third party, including us, can view your original file without that local key.

We automatically remove geotags and other embedded metadata where technically feasible.

1.2 App Usage & Analytics Information

We collect information about how you interact with the App: preferred dance templates, session duration, feature usage, crash logs, and performance data. This helps us improve stability and user experience.

1.3 Purchase & Subscription Data

If you purchase a subscription, we store confirmation of your paid status and transaction history. All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store – we never handle your credit card details.

1.4 Device & Technical Data

We collect device model, OS version, manufacturer, push tokens, IP address (and associated approximate location), screen resolution, and browser type where relevant.

1.5 Social Login (Optional)

If you log in via a social media account (e.g., Facebook, Google), we may receive your public profile information (name, email address, profile picture). We do not collect your friend lists or social feeds without explicit consent.

1.6 Online Activity Data

We and our SDK partners collect information about screens viewed, time spent, navigation paths, and tap events. This occurs through cookies, local storage, and analytics SDKs.

2. How We Use Your Information

For videos/photos (including face/body data): Used exclusively to generate AI dance videos, allow re‑editing, and re‑render output during the 24‑48 hour window. We do not use your content to train our AI models, nor for facial recognition, nor for any unrelated purpose.

For analytics and device data: Operate, maintain, improve the App; respond to support inquiries; fix crashes; understand aggregate usage; send service notifications (security alerts, updates) via push notifications – you may opt out via device settings.

Marketing: Only if you have given consent. You can opt out anytime.

Advertising (free version only): We work with trusted advertising partners to display ads, which may be targeted based on your advertising ID and in‑app behavior. See “Your Choices” below to limit ad tracking.

Compliance & safety: Enforce our Terms, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations.

3. Face & Video Data – Explicit Retention Statement

This section is critical for compliance with Apple and Google policies regarding AI generation and sensitive data:

• Do we retain face/video data? No, we retain it only temporarily (max 48 hours).
• Why temporary storage? To allow you to make additional edits or regenerate the AI dance video without re‑uploading the same file.
• Duration of storage: Up to 48 hours after your last edit session. After that, automatic and permanent deletion from our servers.
• Third‑party sharing of face data: We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for secure temporary storage and AI rendering. These third parties are contractually prohibited from accessing, retaining, or using your data beyond the 48‑hour deletion window.
• Encryption: Every uploaded video/photo is encrypted (AES‑256); the encryption key resides locally on your device, ensuring that only you can decrypt the original content.
• User‑initiated early deletion: You can request immediate removal via “Request cloud data removal” inside the App’s Support section – your files will be deleted from AWS/GCP within 24 hours.

4. Third‑Party Service Providers

We share your information only as necessary to provide and improve the App. Below is the complete list of third‑party services we use, including their privacy policies:

5. How We Share Your Information (Non‑Video Data)

We do not sell your personal videos or identifying information. We may share non‑video data (analytics, device IDs) with:

• Service providers (analytics, crash reporting, cloud infrastructure)
• Advertising partners (only for free version; see ad targeting section)
• Legal/regulatory authorities when required by law
• In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with advance notice)
• With your explicit consent (e.g., sharing a generated video to social platforms)

6. Your Rights & Choices

Opt out of marketing notifications: Device Settings → Notifications → Dance AI → disable.

Revoke camera/photo permissions: Adjust in device settings at any time.

Request cloud data removal (immediate deletion): In the App → Settings → Support → tap “Request cloud data removal”. Your uploaded videos/photos will be erased from AWS/GCP within 24 hours (instead of waiting 48 hours).

Limit ad tracking: iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track”. Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA): California residents may request to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any “sale” (we do not sell). To exercise, email [email protected].

European Economic Area Rights (GDPR): You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. Contact us with your request.

7. Data Retention

• Uploaded videos/photos (face/body): 24‑48 hours after last edit → automatic permanent deletion.
• Analytics & device data: Up to 26 months (per Firebase retention policy).
• Purchase history: As required for tax/accounting (typically 7 years).
• Crash logs: Up to 90 days.

You can accelerate deletion of your visual content using the “Request cloud data removal” feature.

8. Security

We implement commercial-grade security: TLS encryption for data in transit, AES‑256 for data at rest, and strict access controls. Your uploaded media is encrypted with a device‑side key – we cannot decrypt it without your device. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. Please keep your device credentials safe.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in certain regions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 10. International Data Transfers

Your information is stored on AWS (US regions) and GCP (region closest to your location). By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your residence. For transfers from the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework principles where applicable.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
